The Del Mar 1212 is a large sized hot tub enclosure in our Del Mar Collection. Spa enclosures in the Del Mar Collection have a 7 feet high wall with large open windows. Picture shown here has the optional Screen Kit Package.

There is room for a small table and chairs around an 8 foot square spa. The Del Mar 1212 includes a metal roof, a large 52” x 52” sky dome and large open windows.

Additional option is available for a fee including Screen Kit Package.

Like all Alliance Woodcraft spa gazebos, the Del Mar 1212 is pre-stained with a high quality semi transparent stain. The interior dimensions are 137.5" x 137.5" and the exterior dimensions are 144.5" x 144.5".
